1. Adaptogenic Cacao Latte - Caffeine-free (Classic & Calming)
Perfect for: A cozy morning or nighttime ritual.
Ingredients:

1 tsp of your powder blend

1 cup oat milk (or your milk of choice)

1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:

Heat the milk in a small saucepan or frother until warm (not boiling).

Whisk or blend in the powder until fully dissolved.

Add sweetener and a pinch of cinnamon, if using.
