1. Adaptogenic Cacao Latte - Caffeine-free (Classic & Calming)

Perfect for: A cozy morning or nighttime ritual.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp of your powder blend

  • 1 cup oat milk (or your milk of choice)

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat the milk in a small saucepan or frother until warm (not boiling).

  2. Whisk or blend in the powder until fully dissolved.

  3. Add sweetener and a pinch of cinnamon, if using.

  4. Pour into a mug and enjoy slowly.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp of your powder blend

  • ½ cup brewed espresso or strong coffee

  • ½ cup steamed almond or oat milk

  • 1 tsp coconut sugar or honey (optional)

  • Dash of vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Brew your coffee or espresso.

  2. In a small pot, warm the milk and whisk in the powder blend until smooth.
